Watch D.O.G.S (Dads of Great Students)
Watch D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students) is a national program of the National Center for Fathering that makes it fun and easy for Dads and Father Figures to get involved and volunteer one school day out of the year. Being a Watch DOG gives the school an extra set of eyes and ears on the school ground to make the school a safer place to learn, it gives the Dad an opportunity to inspire children to be and do their best. A typical Watch DOG day includes welcoming students off of the buses, helping in a couple of classrooms in the morning, lunch and recess with your child(ren), and then helping in a couple of more classrooms in the afternoon.
